Technical Support Specialist

Overview

This position supports Supercircuits’ customers with the installation, initial configuration, set up and troubleshooting of security monitoring systems. This role provides support over the phone and through email or chat, but requires no travel to customer locations. This role is part of a larger technical support team and requires strong technical skills as defined below.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers and support the following types of questions or issues:
    • Installation
    • Configuration/initial set up
    • General use & maintenance
    • Troubleshooting & failure diagnosis
    • Set up returns for equipment failures reasons
  • Document all customer interactions and the issue resolution process
  • Assist with enterprise IT needs
  • Test and diagnose product returned by customers
  • Execution of duties requires interface with a variety of computer applications and enterprise level telephony equipment.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of electronics and electrical components (prefer A+ certified)
  • Solid understanding of computer networking and network troubleshooting (prefer Network+, CCNP, or CCNA certified)
  • Experienced in the use of Windows based operating systems and business class applications
  • Ability to work individually with limited supervision as well as part of a team
  • Excellent oral communications skills with emphasis on positive customer interface during problem resolutions
  • Eager to learn video surveillance and networking equipment technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous call center experience a plus
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written is preferred

Marketing Manager

Overview

infinias is looking for a Marketing Manager, responsible for developing revenue-generating marketing programs with channel partners across North and Latin America. This role is responsible for managing distribution partner relationships, and planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand for infinias products. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for sales enablement of infinias’s direct sales team and nationwide network of Manufacturer’s Representatives.

Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth across all product lines, as well as the performance of each marketing activity. The ideal person for this role will feel as comfortable communicating with a decision-maker at an industry-leading distributor as discussing technology with an in-house engineer.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and manage joint marketing programs with distribution partners, including partner launch activities, partner events, sales promotions and incentives, partner asset management, external communications with partners and product marketing within the channel
  • Enable the success of distribution partners through the introduction of new tools, selling toolkits, resources, lead creation and nurturing, and additional program elements to drive partner participation and product sell-through
  • Identify channel marketing opportunities and implement innovative marketing programs to support specific product launch and corporate initiatives
  • Design and track channel program performance incentives, including price promotions, co-op marketing programs, sales contests and other channel initiatives
  • Accelerate the productivity of field sales team through the implementation of a clearly defined sales readiness framework, including tools and cross-coordination of activities within the channel
  • Work with the Observint marketing team and cross-functional leaders to coordinate and execute all marketing tactics in support of the channel business
  • Manage key contributors to the channel business, including engineers, technology development team, product team, business development, sales, manufacturing reps and other suppliers ensuring deadlines are met and quality is high
  • Determine, and work within, the channel marketing budget
  • Measure effectiveness of channel marketing activities through ROI analysis and input from Sales and Distribution Partners, providing updates on a monthly basis, initiating recommendations on program improvement and implementing agreed-upon changes.
  • Event Planning tasks for Trade Shows, Road Shows, and Training initiatives
  • Seek opportunities to implement improvements across marketing programs

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing programs management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing relationships with distributors and/or manufacturer’s reps (in any role/position)
  • Experience designing and executing marketing plans, including defining objectives, setting and managing marketing budget
  • Proven time management capabilities, good at juggling multiple activities and enjoys operating autonomously
  • Track record working effectively with cross-functional teams, including extended marketing team, sales, product group, technical support, operations and finance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly motivated to see ideas through to completion

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the security/surveillance industry, or related technology field
  • Knowledge of software and technology: Salesforce.com; Magento, Marketing automation software e.g. Eloqua, Marketo or similar
  • Fluency in Spanish

Production Technician

Overview

The position of Production Technician requires real world knowledge of electronic production facility operations. This person will join a team with the specific goal of providing key assembly, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems, cameras and other products.

This is a production team member, NOT a support position. Only truly “highly-motivated” people will be considered. The goal of this role is to bring a professional and team oriented person to a premier production team that will lead to quality product at a high volume. Flexibility is required as demand will change from time to time with the business.
